Insurance Information
ICW is an out-of-network provider. If you have qualifying behavioral health benefits or chiropractor out-of-town network benefits, it is highly possible that your visit will be reimbursed at the rate your insurance company has agreed to cover, less your deductible, your HSA could cover the cost. Please verify with your insurance company prior to scheduling. We do not file insurance claims, but we will provide you with proper documentation that will allow you to file your own claims.
